This is an ad for gents!!!

I am currently renovating my cottage in Bergvliet. The project has become a bit overwhelming for me and some of the jobs require a bit of extra muscle and skill.

I have a spare, furnished, fairly large bedroom (king size - size is nb) bedroom available for the taking. You will need to share the space with me - I have my own bedroom but I am open to 'visits'.

I am in my mid forties, curvaceous in the right places - with smooth sexy muscle supporting easy on the eye ...

I am open to negotiating terms of rent. I am fortunately not needing to rent the room out for financial remuneration but rather assistance in projects of variation.

Applicants need to be employed, self reliant (not needy), be prepared to do 'handy man' work and who knows maybe a bit of fun. I am not looking to find love. I am not interested in a relationship. This is solely a reciprocal relationship based on the criteria above.
