As title says, I have an airbnb property in an upmarket durbanville area I'm looking to get tenanted, either renting out or open to an arrangement being made

Parking for behind closed gate
En-suite bathroom and openplan living room / kitchen

Price: R/month

Not desperate to get it tenanted, so will be picky about who moves in and credit checks will be done

Also very open to waving rent in favor of a mutually beneficial arrangement. Will meet up and vet in advance, so no scammers and no negative entities will be entertained.
