I need a place to stay but someone to co-sign a lease with me, no financial repercussions will fall on you and I can assure you that I am a lady of sober habits and responsible enough to carry out the terms. I had a similar arrangement before but out grew the place and now found the next place of my dreams but as a freelance programmer I have no pay check and need a co-sign.
