Good Day Ladies,
I’m looking for a receptionist/admin assistant. We’re based in Randjespark, Midrand and operate within the automotive industry. (I’m willing to share the specifics of what we do with interested parties.)
Outline of the job spec:
Attending to online and telephonic bookings.
Creation and the assignment of job cards to the relevant teams.
Assisting walk-in clients.
Liaison with our equipment and consumable suppliers.
Liaison with dealerships/private clients to arrange collection and delivery of vehicles.
Scheduling of our driver in accordance with the above.
Management of the office cleaning staff.
General office errands.
What we’re looking for:
Someone fun, energetic with a positive attitude, well spoken and fairly importantly, well presentable as you’ll be client facing. We’re a young company and our ethos very much embodies that “young, fun vibe”. We’re looking for someone to fit in within the company culture.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport.
Professional telephone and email etiquette.
Excellent administrative, organization and communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reside within a reasonable travel distance of Midrand. (The N1 does no favours.)
We operate from 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am – 2pm on Saturdays.
You’re entitled to 18 days of annual leave.
R180k – R240k PA. CTC. Depending on experience and relevant skills.
Additional compensation regarding ‘extracurricular activities’ is to be negotiated on and settled in cash between you and I, independently of the business.
