Seeking executive personal assistant

Hi
I am search of a executive personal assistant to make my work load lighter for me.
I am a real estate investor who also deals in many other aspects of business such as Airbnb, rentals,construction and car rentals.
I need an assistant who can help manage my work load by taking calls,talking to clients/suppliers,scheduling meetings,managing staff such as my call centre and cleaning crew.
This is a traveling position so you would need to have a passport and be willing to travel both locally and internationally.
Requirements:
Aged eighteen to twenty five
Computer literate
Great customer service
Willing to travel
Lives in Johannesburg
